Returns

We are very sorry if you did not find everything satisfactory with your order. The following explains our return policy and process.

Vouchers and bundles:

Exam vouchers and bundles cannot be returned. Vouchers are only for use at a Pearson VUE test center in the country you select at time of purchase. Vouchers expire twelve months from date of purchase. Exams must be scheduled and taken on or before the expiration date of the voucher(s). The specific expiration date will be sent with the voucher number via email. All sales of exam vouchers are final, no exceptions.

Digital Learning Products:

Digital products are generally non-returnable, however consideration may be given to purchases that are less than 48 hours old (registration status does not affect eligibility).
